Unpaid Work

The GEO Group forms partnerships with the private sector in order to provide vocational training and employment opportunities for offenders, which are unpaid but which help them develop marketable job skills to improve their chance of reintegration into the workforce in the future.

In the UK, GEO is committed to ensuring that offenders on release in the community are found placements within work environments that will help them gain valuable experience and skills to succeed in a job, rather than returning to offending.
